Take the wheel of the iconic Porsche 911 Carrera and carve through mountain roads on your way up to one of the most renowned ski villages in the world: Whistler. Then enjoy the scenery in the unique Okanagan Desert on your way to into the Okanagan Valley. Once there enjoy the drive through award winning vineyards and a lunch helicopter experience. With palats cleansed, the return drive to Vancouver will conclude the experience in style.

Some of Canada's most iconic scenery are found in British Columbia: the Sea to Sky Highway, Whistler and the Okanagan Valley. From mountain villages to sprawling vineyards. On the Porsche Travel Experience British Columbia you'll take to the roads and the skies while exploring the heart of British Columbia.

The Drive:
Dramatic views. World renowned roads. The 911 Carrera. British Columbia is home to some of the world's most beautiful driving roads including the Sea to Sky Highway (Highway 99), Highway 1, Highway 97 and the enjoyable switchbacks of the Crowsnest Highway. The driving route has been selected to take maximum advantage of our time in the area and allow for driving time and rest areas to capitalize on this aspect.

In addition to the on-road schedule, the inclusion of a brief helicopter experience and wine luncheon will add to the scenic nature of the program.

The driving program will start and conclude at the Vancouver International Airport (YVR) for ease of access for our guests.

The Food:
Any travel experience is not complete without local food. With each bite bringing you closer to the beautiful nature and people of the area.

From coast to vine and grain to barn, the Porsche Travel Experience British Columbia will guide you through the various culinary delights of the coastal, mountain and interior areas.

The Accommodations:
To experience the most of an area, it's best to stay in the locale. The accommodations have been specially selected due to their premium nature, and many whom are existing Porsche Destination Charging Partners. Throughout your experience you will stay at the following locations:

Please note: The experience begins and ends at the Fairmont Vancouver Airport (YVR). This hotel functions as a meeting point/driver briefing location and thus there are no rooming nights included in the program for this location. If you do require rooming nights before or after the program dates, the rooms will need to be reserved directly with the hotel.

During the drive route there will be a variety of activities for participants to stretch their legs and take in the breathtaking views. Some of the activities include:

Porsche Travel Experience Canada offers three separate programs: the fresh mountain air of British Columbia, the friendly seaside communities on the Nova Scotian coast, or the upcoming Yukon experience in the beautiful Northern Territory. During a Travel Experience, you'll find a connection to yourself, the car, and a country regardless of which experience you choose.

If you’re going to explore some of the world’s ecological wonders with awe-inspiring scenery at almost every turn, you may as well be doing it while behind the wheel of a technological marvel and engineering masterpiece. This is your invitation to the Porsche Travel Experience.

Salt air or snow-capped mountains. Off-road and racetracks, or autumn leaves and twisty roads. East or West. The choice is yours.

With the Porsche Travel Experience, you have the option of choosing between the British Columbia or Nova Scotia experiences. Both with their own sights, adventures and rewards but each with a tremendous amount of fun.

Each program will assign you a vehicle which will quickly become your second home. Each day will have a new road, sights and adventures for you to embark upon as a group. With activities and photo opportunities included along the way to make the most of your time in these wonderful communities. In the evenings, group dinners will bring everyone together to share experiences and laughs before enjoying the comfort that the luxury accommodations have to offer.

Regardless of whether you wish to explore the East or West coast, exciting roads, beautiful scenery and excellent company await you on your adventure.

Below you will find the event schedule and activities during the program.

There are a few items to note before joining this wonderful experience with us:

- There are two participant spots per vehicle, who will alternate driving throughout the program. If you are booking as a driving pair, you may indicate this on the registration form
- The program begins on the morning of the first day at 8:30 am local time at the Fairmont Vancouver Airport located in the Vancouver International Airport (YVR). As flight options vary for each of our guests, please ensure your flight allows for the appropriate amount of time to begin the program
- If hotel rooming nights are required at the Fairmont Hotel, these are not included in the program cost and must be reserved with the Fairmont Hotel directly.
